Eat this.

From the garden to the plate, here's what was for dinner last night.

A tomato tart in the making.

Plenty of thyme, oregano, rosemary, & basil made this an extra special treat.
(All parts from the garden except of course the pie crust & cheese.)

Delish.

Leftovers this morning were superb with a fried egg on top.
Mmm-mmm good!
